Magnetic Trouble Lights with Metal Guard and 50' Cord

Magnet Base Trouble Lights

Falconer Electronics recently announced acquiring the industrial lighting manufacturer, Standard Portable. Being a Wire Harness Manufacturer since 1985 brings tremendous experience and expertise to this exciting product line which is now available on our ecommerce store. One of the top sellers in this rugged product line includes Magnet Base Trouble Lights.

Heavy Duty Magnet Base Trouble Lights are produced with a “swing-open” protective metal guard and a UL listed ground cord. These lights work great for industrial and residential settings that require additional lighting in difficult to see spaces.

Magnet Base Trouble Lights for Industrial Use

Industrial settings require a durable work light with a three prong cord for safety purposes. Falconer Electronics offers rugged job site lights to tackle any job. These durable magnetic work lights provide you the flexibility to attach the light to any ferrous metal surface enabling you to work hands-free.

This magnetic work light is equipped with Falconer Electronics’s “Swing-open” Metal Guard that permits immediate bulb replacement. Trouble Lights are available with a 25′ or 50′ UL listed cord. Also, each light offers a 30 or 45 pound industrial magnet.

Magnet Base Trouble Lights with Cord Reel 

The Falconer Electronics MLC-50R comes equipped with a durable ceramic magnet that creates a minimum 45 lb pull allowing you the flexibility to attach to any ferrous metal surface. The magnet is enclosed in urethane rubber coating that is corrosion and temperature resistant. The 50 foot UL cord reel is retractable and comes fully adjustable allowing you to place lighting where needed along with the freedom to work with both hands. This magnetic cord reel trouble light comes with a 24 gauge “swing-open” lamp metal guard. This magnetic work light is assembled in the U.S. with components that are purchased domestically and globally. The magnetic work light uses a 75 watt light bulb which is not included.

Magnet Based Trouble Lights for office and residential use are produced with a sturdy ceramic magnetic base that provides a holding power of 50 lbs. This durable magnetic work light adheres to any ferrous metal surface allowing you to place lighting where needed and the freedom to work with both hands. The powerful ceramic magnet is manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards with a chrome plated steel cup for protection. The outer diameter of the round ceramic magnet is 2.4″ (60mm) and the total thickness of the magnet is 0.35″ (8mm).

Standard Portable Acquired by Falconer Electronics

Falconer Electronics, Inc (FEI) proudly announces the purchase of Standard Portable, a manufacturer of magnetic lighting solutions. Manufacturing quality products at Standard Portable dates back to the 1960’s.

The team at Falconer Electronics is extremely excited to take on this new product line. Customers can expect the same consistent quality and low pricing that Standard Portable built its decades-long reputation on.

Falconer Electronics began operations in 1985 as a custom electronics manufacturer serving an amazing list of customers. Customers over the years include Walmart, Lowe’s, AT&T, Sony, the Pentagon and much more. Adding the line of industrial work lights aligns perfectly for operations at Falconer Electronics. Acquiring the company opens the door for future growth and expansion.

Falconer Electronics Combines Forces with Standard Portable

Standard Portable partnered with Falconer Electronics in 2016 to outsource production of all lighting products and wire harness assemblies. Over the past year, both companies sealed a solid relationship and decided consolidation best serves customers in regards to pricing and efficiency.
